Darjeeling
The flavour profile of our Darjeeling Tea is the result of its unique terroir - a combination of factors such as altitude, climate, soil, and rainfall. Grown at elevations ranging from 3,000 to 7,000 feet- some of the highest for teas in the world- the plants experience cooler temperatures and less direct sunlight, resulting in a more delicate and nuanced flavour profile. With the climate and soil also playing a significant role, the Darjeeling terroir is unlike any other in the word, resulting in the tea's acclaimed flavour and aroma.
